Ky-Mani Marley was born in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976 is among the many of the most well-known and wealthy Reggae singers. Shottas was one of the most acclaimed films in which he appeared along with another artist Wyclef. Ky-Mani signed to Shang Records and recorded his debut album, called like Father Like Son. This was followed by numerous singles including Dear Dad, which topped British Reggae Charts. Who The Cap was a perfect fit (remix) and Sensimelia. All of these have contributed to the growing reputation of Ky-Mani as a brand new reggae singer. Ky-Mani was also a part of Praswell as well as Fugees (as part of Avenue), a popular rendition of a cover by Eddy Grant called Electric Avenue was released in the year 1997.
